Originating from an engineering background, Phillip Woolley is very strict about how his team deals with customers and their vehicles. With over 90 years combined experience Phillip believes he has put together a team that can service the customer requirements of all Porsche owners throughout the country and carry forward the traditional family run garage hospitality to complement the modern image and luxury provided by the new development.
911 Sport has created a first class team of dealer-trained staff to enable us to cater for the entire Porsche range all the way from the legendry 356 to the latest Panamera. Although we do not have the largest team in the market place we would like to think we have the best and most knowledgeable, to care for our customers investments.
In 2005 911 Sport were the first independent Porsche specialists to have a dedicated bespoke building and site constructed to cater for the new market place, while all the other specialists were using industrial units, farm barns and converted old garages. Since that time due to presentation, attention to detail and hard work along with the dedicated staff the investment has shown huge rewards in the volume of customers we have attracted and retained from all over the country, many having left main dealers.
When the new centre was built it was built to cater not only for workshop services as before but also to cater for car sales with a dedicated showroom for 12 cars. Using the same expertise and knowledge that the workshop was built on car sales were also developed in the same way, sourcing only the best cars and cars previously known to us, which meant we would have probably the best examples in the country not the most examples.
